- Coaching calls run for 60 – 90 minutes each.
- Each session will involve open dialogue, group sharing, and Q&A all delivered in a creative, supportive and non-judgmental space.
- Coaching calls focus on topics central to self-improvement, personal growth, and navigating the various obstacles you encounter in life.
Monthly Live Meditation and Healing Session
- Sessions run for 60 – 90 minutes each.
- These sessions will offer a deep dive into meditation and spiritual healing, allowing participants to connect with their inner selves and release emotional baggage.
- Incorporate different meditation techniques, energy healing practices, and guided visualisations.
